Gotham Community Partnership Library Official Opening

The 5th community partnership library officially opened Friday, 13 October by NCC chairman Cllr John Handley. Also pictured Chairman of Communities and Place Committee Cllr John Cottee and Chair of the Gotham Memorial Hall Committee Pat Dines, with library volunteers Gabby Blazeley and John Anderson.
