About this course
This course is a beginner guide to decorating cupcakes with a selection of Easter themed toppers, including chicks, rabbits, carrots, mushrooms and daffodils.
During the course, you will learn how to use plunge cutters to create themed toppers, develop basic piping skills including techniques like piping grass, explore simple freestyle modelling methods to craft your own decorations, and discover how to package and cost cupcakes for selling.
You will learn skills and techniques to produce a selection of Easter themed cupcake toppers perfect for adults and children.
The course is ideal for beginners or cake decorators looking for fresh ideas.
By the end of the course your will be able to:
Design a selection of Easter themed fondant cake toppers using cutters and modelling skills
Pipe butter cream using different piping nozzles
Produce a box of decorated cupcakes for friends or to sell
