You’ll explore techniques to express your thoughts through writing, use tools like chakras, sounds, colours, and crystals, and develop a more positive mindset. You’ll learn the 7 Steps of the Law of Attraction, create affirmation cards, and take part in guided meditations. The course also introduces empowering meditation tools to deepen your practice and enhance well-being.
