Reconnect with yourself and the natural world through mindful journaling. In this calming online course, we will explore simple yet powerful practices that blend observation, reflection, and creativity. Each session invites you to slow down, notice the details of nature around you, even from your window or a nearby walk and translate those experiences into personal writing and sketching.
Perfect for beginners, this evening class offers a restorative space to unwind, reflect, and nurture both creativity and calm.
Through a series of enjoyable projects, demonstrations, and guided exercises, learners will be introduced to the fundamentals of journalling and sketching while developing the confidence to express themselves artistically.
Throughout the course, participants will learn:
Gentle mindfulness techniques to quiet the mind and spark creativity
Ways to use journaling as a tool for relaxation, clarity, and self-expression
Simple writing and sketching prompts inspired by the natural world
How to create a journaling practice that supports your wellbeing and sense of connection
