About this course

This course is designed to enhance your mental well-being through mindfulness practices and personal growth techniques. You will explore themes such as letting go of negativity, self-love, empowerment, and empathy. By the end of the course, you will develop practical tools to foster emotional resilience, inner harmony, and a compassionate outlook on life. This course is designed for any level of experience and any age group. Each week we will cover different cultural perspectives and scientific insights using interactive YouTube videos and guided meditations by the tutor. This course is perfect if you are looking to balance work/home life, learning how to practice these skills for life after the course completes.

To enrol on one of our courses, you must have been living in England and have been resident in the UK for the past 3 years. Some exceptions may apply if you are living in England with evidence of the right to remain and are from an EEU EEAU country (completion of a questionnaire will be required).
