This course is designed for any level of experience and any age group. Each week we will cover different cultural perspectives and scientific insights using interactive YouTube videos and guided meditations by the tutor. This course is perfect if you are looking to balance work/home life, learning how to practice these skills for life after the course completes.

To enrol on one of our courses, you must have been living in England and have been resident in the UK for the past 3 years.
