About this course

This course is designed to enhance your mental well-being through mindfulness practices and personal growth techniques. You will explore themes such as letting go of negativity, self-love, empowerment, and empathy. By the end of the course, you will develop practical tools to foster emotional resilience, inner harmony, and a compassionate outlook on life. This course is designed for any level of experience and any age group. Each week we will cover different cultural perspectives and scientific insights using interactive YouTube videos and guided meditations by the tutor.

This course is perfect if you are looking to balance work/home life, learning how to practice these skills for life after the course completes. The course starts with an introduction to Inspire and the course breakdown. You will the look into the art of letting go, Exploring cultural rituals for release and the neuroscience of stress. Working with self-care and self-love is very important. You will understand some global self-care traditions and the psychology of self-compassion. Learning to connect with the Inner Self, practicing spiritual practices from diverse cultures and covering the science of self-awareness. You will work with empowerment through mindfulness, delving into cultural stories of resilience and the role of neuroplasticity in personal growth. Finishing with cultivating personal success, understanding insights from global philosophies on success and the cognitive science of goal setting. Completing an empathic approach to life, Relating to universal empathy practices and the impact of mirror neurons on compassion.

What you will need to bring to the course:

It is advisable to bring a bottle of water to keep you hydrated. Along with pen and paper for notes/journal purposes.

Residency in England

To book and enrol on one of our courses, you must be living in England permanently and live outside of the devolved areas listed below or live within the East Midlands Combined County Authority (EMCCA) devolved area (Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire).

Residency Eligibility – other criteria

If you are living in the UK on a visa we will require evidence of this in order to be funded for the course, you can upload this evidence when you apply for the course. (completion of a questionnaire will be required).

Some exceptions may apply for example

  • Your visa expiry date must be beyond the end of your course

  • Asylum seekers must have lived in the UK for 6 months or longer while their claim is being considered by the Home Office

  • You are receiving local authority support under section 23C or section 23CA of the Children Act 1989 or the Care Act 2014

Any learner who is not funded full cost fees would apply to these courses.
