In this course, you will explore the ancient practices of massage and reflexology. You will learn how applying pressure to specific areas of the body can help relieve tension, numbness, and stiffness. The course will introduce you to the history of reflexology and explain its many physical and mental health benefits. You will discover how the hands, feet, and ears act as maps of the body, with different areas corresponding to organs such as the heart, liver, and lungs.
By understanding these connections, you will learn how to stimulate the body’s natural healing processes. Throughout the course, you will gain practical skills in reflexology, including how to perform techniques on both yourself and others. These hands-on practices will help you build confidence and competence in using reflexology for relaxation and well-being.
Please bring to the course with you:-
A drink – water or juice, notebook and pen, cream/lotion/talc powder, hand towel, cushion/pillow, sanitizing wipes , comfortable clothes.
