About this course

On this course, you’ll learn what Reiki is and how to perform healing sessions on yourself and others using hand positions. You’ll be attuned to Reiki Level 1 and explore the 5 principles of Reiki. You’ll also learn to create a ball of energy, understand possible healing reactions, and discover the many benefits of Reiki. The course includes using crystals, colours, and pendulums to balance chakras, along with learning the effects these tools can have on well-being.
