About this course

To undertake this course, students need to be in a management role at middle management level or aspiring to be in middle management, and have a more senior manager to support you. The course will be part-time, 1.5 hours per week over 8 weeks, delivered via Zoom. You will also need an additional 1.5 hours per week for private directed study.

To achieve this qualification students will be required to complete 2 units:

Unit: Leading innovation and change (5 Credits)

• The purpose of this unit is to develop understanding and ability of leading innovation and change as required by a practising or potential middle manager.

Unit: Becoming an effective leader (5 credits)

• The purpose of this unit is to develop knowledge and understanding of effective leadership as required by a practising or potential middle manager.
