Alex Wharton is an award-winning writer and performer of poetry, performing and delivering workshops throughout the UK. His work aims to aim to spark familiarity and inclusion.
Alex’s first collection Daydreams and Jellybeans was published with Firefly Press in 2021. It has been shortlisted for the Lollies, Laugh Out Loud 2023 Book awards. Alex has recently been named as Children’s Laureate Wales 2023 – 2025.
