Family Yoga and Mindfulness in Nature at Kirkby Library

As part of Kirkby Library's Places to Connect programme, funded by Libraries Connected and Natural England, Helen will lead you and your child through warm ups, exercises, stories and imagination, to connect with each other and and the natural world.

Each of the 5 sessions will be themed around nature. Sessions dates:

1st, 8th, 22nd, 29th March and 5th April 2025.

(Please note, there in no session on 15th March.)

• Saturdays, 10am-11am in the library's upstairs meeting room (lift available).
• Please wear clothing that allows free movement. All mats and materials provided.
• Suitable for children in KS1 and KS2, ages 5-11. Children must be accompanied by a participating adult. Maximum 2 children per adult.

Places limited to a total of 12 per session, including all adults and children. It is important that you let us know if you will be unable to attend, so that we can offer available spaces to others on the waiting list. Please contact ruth.telford-brown@inspireculture.org.uk
