Beeston Library are delighted to offer a Big Screen Experience in the comfortable setting of the library
The story of Kung Sang (Benedict Wong) who, with his children, is given an allotment plot to tend. When a mobile phone company attempt to bribe their way to constructing a mast on Kung Sang’s plot, the allotment community have to decide how they will respond.
Selected to accompany the Chinese & British Exhibition showing at Beeston Library, the comedy Grow Your Own starring Benedict Wong is an alternative view of the British Chinese story, one in which difference is welcomed but togetherness is celebrated.
