Beeston Library

The exterior of Beeston Library

Welcome to Beeston Library – we have great library services as well as a range of cultural, heritage and learning events.

We have a friendly team of staff always happy to help with anything, nothing is too much trouble. There’s something for everyone at Beeston Library. Bring the little ones for stories, Rattle Rhyme and Roll sessions, colouring or craft activities. On Thursday mornings during term time, Inspire Music run Adventures in Music sessions for ages 2-5 years and their families. If building Lego is your thing, then Saturday’s the day to visit! Our Lego Club runs from 10.30am to 12pm. We also have a new Chess Club starting on Tuesday evenings 5pm-6.45pm, no need to book, just come along.

If you’re looking for work or need help with your CV, then our Job Club on Tuesdays 10am – 12pm can help with that. You can access free Wi-Fi and use our PCs without the need for your library card.

The library is a great place to socialise too. Drop in to one of our Places of Welcome sessions held every Friday at 10.30am and meet new people and chat over a free cuppa and biscuits.

Check out the What’s On section for all of our events and courses. We're also home to a fantastic range of community and family learning courses with Inspire Adult Learning. Whether you want to fit in a new hobby or learn a new skill, we can offer a high-quality learning experience.

Don’t forget we have a Facebook page @InspireBeestonLibrary where you can stay updated on our latest news, events, stock and behind the scenes library fun.

We look forward to welcoming you soon!
