Commercial rates are for businesses and profit making organisations. Community rate is for charities, local community groups and non-profit making organisations.

All rooms are available for hire during library opening hours:

Mon 9am - 6pm

Tues 9am - 7pm

Wed 9am - 6pm

Thurs 9am - 6pm

Fri 9am - 6pm

Availability outside of opening hours Tuesdays and Fridays until 9.00 pm

Toilets including disabled access toilets and baby changing facilities/parents room available on first floor.

Public liability insurance will be required for some organisations. Will be advised on booking.

To serve alcohol in our meeting rooms all organisations will require a temporary event notice from Broxtowe Borough Council.
