We are taking part in Health Information Week to inspire better health and promote easy access to high-quality health information, which can have a huge impact on staying healthy and manage illnesses effectively, giving a better quality of life.
We have dedicated health collections in our libraries that cover a range of conditions, from mental health, to dementia, to autism and advice for carers. Over the course of the week, you’ll be able to find these and more, in libraries and available as digital resources.
We’ll also be offering plenty of activities over the course of the week to help you look after yourself and your health, including
#BeInspired during Health Information Week in libraries. Find out more!
Simply turn up and take part. We look forward to seeing you!
