May Half Term in Libraries

This May half term, pop into your local library for family fun! We’ve got creative workshops, brilliant crafts and plenty of activities to enjoy in a friendly, welcoming space.

One-off event: Eastwood Outdoor Family Stay & Play

Families & children up to 8 years old.

Tuesday 26 May

10am-12pm

Joining with Active Notts & Walk Notts, we'll meet in the library for story time at 10am followed by a short walk to Coronation Park where the Family Hub team and more will host stay & play activities with refreshments.

Half Term Fun - Craft Event

Join us this half term and create one of Tiddler's friends - will it be Little Johnny Dory, Rabbitfish, Dab or Sunfish, you decide!

Do you love Lego? Come and try some jumbo building! We’ll have our Big Bricks kit out and would love to see how tall you can build your towers. If your bricks topple then we’ll have board games on hand to keep you entertained too!

Come along and enjoy creating a spinning paint picture. NOTE: PLEASE WEAR OLD CLOTHES AS THIS IS A MESSY ACTIVITY.

Ahoy matey join us at Skegby Library for a day of pirates crafting! We will be making our very own pirate hats, treasure maps and hunting for Captain Skegby’s long lost treasure in our sand box!

Join us at Skegby Library to travel back in time to Victorian times! We will be experiencing what it was like to be a Victorian child playing with Victorian toys, making a Peg Doll and dressing up!
