On behalf of Nottinghamshire
County Council we are making books of condolence available in many of our
libraries to encourage people to leave messages of support to the victims of the Manchester Arena attack and the London Bridge attack. After three weeks, all the messages will be collected together and
sent to the leaders of the respective councils.
