InspiRead
InspiREAD began during the first Covid-19 lockdown as a virtual primary book award. It now runs annually during the summer term
ELS has two annual book awards:
- InspiREAD for primary aged children and their families
- Brilliant Book Award for Key Stage 3 secondary school pupils.
Both these awards are a great way to encourage children and young people to read for pleasure. The shortlisted books are chosen primarily by our specialist team of librarians and the awards are open to any school to participate.
