Inspire Music's Instrument Loan Service provides an ideal opportunity for new or experienced learners to have their own instrument to practice with at home.
* Choose from violin, flute, clarinet, trumpet, cornet, tenor horn or guitar.
* Collect an instrument from an Inspire library
Our instrument loan scheme is open to all Nottinghamshire residents.
From 1 September 2026 - 31st August 2027, the loan fee will be £30.96 per quarter (inc. of VAT).
To register for a loan
1/ Click the Register Now button (opens new page in Melded)
2/ Scroll down to the Instrument Loan information section
3/ Either create a new account on Melded or sign in if an existing Melded account holder
4/ Select the option for Direct Instrument Loan
