KS2-5 interactive music quests exploring a range of musical concepts - join in!
This Spring term we invite KS2-5 classes to participate in MusiQuest 2025 - The Rise of the Guardians, an online interactive 4 week music challenge for maintained and academy schools.
Information for schools
Working as a class, pupils take on weekly challenges, answer questions and unlock the clues. Classes will explore a range of musical concepts, taking part in interactive musical quests to take them through each stage.
MusiQuest is suitable for Key Stage 2-5 classes, but anyone is welcome to join in. NO NEED TO REGISTER!
MusiQuest is hosted by our partners Nottingham Music Service. There are 4 levels released weekly from Tuesday 28th January, and throughout February on Tuesdays at 10am.
Participating classes will need to answer questions (using Microsoft Forms) which will then be collated into a Nottinghamshire leader board (link active from Tuesday 28th January).
Dates to remember:
Tuesday 28th January - Level 1 is released
Tuesday 4th February - Level 2 released
Tuesday 11th February - Level 3 released
HALF TERM - No release
Tuesday 25th February - Level 4 released
Friday 28th February - Deadline for schools to complete Level 4. The school that has accumulated the most points across the 4 weeks will be declared the Nottinghamshire winner.
Winner's prize - Summer term in-school workshop led by Inspire Music.
Monday 3rd March - MusiQuest 2025 Nottinghamshire winner announced, winning school will be contacted to arrange Inspire Music visit.
