About this course

This course will look at a range of different holistic therapies, including Meditation, Reiki, Colour, Crystals, and Aromatherapy, all of which can assist in promoting relaxation and well-being. 

What Meditation is, its Benefits and to experience a guided meditation. 

What Reiki is and the history, and Benefits. 

Aware of what Colour is and Crystals and the history, the properties, and philosophies.  

What Aromatherapy is, the history, modes of use, the effects and where essential oils come from. 

How All of these different therapies can affect us and enhance personal health and well-being. 

What Sound is and how it can be used, and how All of these different therapies can affect us and enhance personal health and well-being. 


What will learners achieve by the end of the course?  

  • Have an Introductory understanding of what Meditation, Reiki, Crystals, Colour, Aromatherapy Therapy and Sound is and how they can be used for physical, emotional, and mental well-being.

To secure your place on the course BOTH the following must be done:

  • Complete our INSPIRE ONLINE ENROLMENT FORM for each person attending the course.

To book and enrol on one of our courses, you must have been living in England and have been resident in the UK for the past 3 years.

Some exceptions may apply if you are living in England with evidence of the right to remain and are from an EEU/EEAU country (completion of a questionnaire will be required).

As we no longer receive funding for our ESFA-funded courses for learners living in the devolved areas listed below, full cost fees would apply to these courses if you live in these areas:
