About this course
Are you new to mixed media? Using mixed media is a fun way to create art! This course will introduce you to using a variety of mixed media such as lino printing, mono printing, collage and sculpture.
Over the course of the 5 weeks, you will learn how to successfully design and develop ideas to create art images and 3D elements using collage, mono printing and sculptural techniques.
By the end of the course, you will:
Build confidence using collage, mono printing, lino printing and sculptural techniques.
Create 2D outcomes.
Create 3D outcomes.
Understand and be able to use a variety of media such as ink, fabrics & paper, clay.
Build confidence in working with others to help integrate into a work environment.
Understand costing your work for selling purposes.

To enrol on one of our courses, you must have been living in England and have been resident in the UK for the past 3 years.
Some exceptions may apply if you are living in England with evidence of the right to remain and are from an EEU EEAU country (completion of a questionnaire will be required). As we no longer receive funding for our ESFA funded courses for learners living in the devolved areas listed below, full cost fees would apply to these courses if you live in these areas:
