About this course

No prior knowledge of computers/internet needed for this course. IT equipment will be provided as we look at laptop basics, how to better use a mouse and keyboard, using Google well, sending emails, and improving your wellbeing through IT.

The content of the course will be:

• laptop basics, mouse, keyboard, Google, emails, wellbeing.
• Learn to use the mouse and the keyboard.
• Learn to look for information, pictures and videos on Google.
• Learn to create folders and organise your files.
• No prior knowledge of computers/internet needed.
• Learn to create an email, attach documents or pictures, forward emails, etc.
• Look after your own wellbeing online.

To secure your place on the course BOTH the following must be done:

To book and enrol on one of our courses, you must have been living in England and have been resident in the UK for the past 3 years.

Some exceptions may apply if you are living in England with evidence of the right to remain and are from an EEU/EEAU country (completion of a questionnaire will be required).
