Aimed at those with existing skills and knowledge in colour mixing (colour theory), art material selection, surface preparation, painting principles, this course will open up a whole world of colour and pattern with an innovative approach to collage. Step by step instructions demonstrate how to create countless patterns on paper and how to use colour to make your collages come alive.
On this course you will look at:
This will enable you to know how to create your own collage using a variety of materials and techniques, how to compose a successful composition, and by playing with colour and texture, to create a meaningful or a decorative composition.
For this course you will require: A sketch pad, 30 x 40cm canvas board, acrylic paint, brushes, spatula, painting knife, palette, apron, gesso, scissor, PVA glue, old photos, magazine, fabric.

To book and enrol on one of our courses, you must have been living in England and have been resident in the UK for the past 3 years.
