Colour affects every aspect of our lives. You will learn how to harness the power of colour therapy to bring about positive change in your life and enhance personal health and well-being. Topics include the History, what colour is, the effects of colour, and how to use colour; how to conduct a colour reading using colour cards; and colour diets, and how to use colour to influence how you feel.
Over the duration of this course, you will build an understanding of what Colour Therapy is and how it can affect us and how it can enhance our physical, emotional and mental states. You will learn how to harness the power of colour therapy to bring about positive change in your life and enhance personal health and well-being.
Learners will require a drink – water or juice, notebook and pen

To book and enrol on one of our courses, you must have been living in England and have been resident in the UK for the past 3 years.
