This course covers the use of more functions within Microsoft Office Applications such as: Word, Excel and PowerPoint. In Word we will create mail merge documents, create formulas within Excel, and create animated slides in PowerPoint presentations. You will demonstrate how to use emails, including: sending and replying, forwarding, adding attachments, setting up email signatures and organizing your emails into a filing system. We will also cover how to upload all your files onto one drive (cloud). On the first week discussions will be held to possibly cover anything else you would like to learn during this course.
To participate on this course, you will need to have some knowledge of using computers. By the end of the course, you will be able to demonstrate an understanding of the variety of different functions that can be used with the Microsoft Office application – including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
