What will be covered on the course? What will be taught to learners?
Have an insight to the History surrounding Tunisian / Afghan crochet. To help gain an insight into the different designs you can produce from forming some basic stitches, you will learn how to produce your own creations. Working towards creating a variety of Tunisian crochet stitches using a crochet hook and yarn, such as the Basic / Full Tunisian crochet, Knit / Purl, Double / Treble, Extended Simple Stitch, Half Double Stitch, Crossed Tunisian Stitch, Tunisian Crochet Simple Stitch to Back Loop and Tunisian Crochet X Stitch, Reverse and Twisted Tunisian Crochet Stitch. To be able to distinguish difference between American and English crochet stitches, and Tunisian symbols.

As this course is online, a suitable device such as laptop, smart phone, tablet or computer will be required to access the course. Zoom will be used for the live sessions and the link will be sent to you once your enrolment has been completed.
