About this course

A journey through different Cultures and belief systems to explore the Holistic approach to lifestyle. Finding out how and when these originated and how they have changed in modern society.

This course is for any age group.

Great for anyone with an interest in Meditation or Holistic therapies.

What will be covered on the course?

Japan , America and The Reiki System
Ancient Egypt , Essential Oils and Ancient Gods
Scotland, Wales, Ireland and their Mythical creatures
Greece, Mythology and Psychology
China Reflexology and the Meridian system
India, Meditations ,Chanting and Their Gods

What will learners achieve by the end of the course?

Recall The Reiki System and relate how Japan and America adapt to this energy system
Identify Ancient Egyptian Gods and review how Essential oils were viewed in these times.
Recognise Mythical creatures and Measure how Scotland, Wales and Ireland still hold these beliefs today.
Investigate Greek Mythology and relate this to the mind and Psychology
Report on China and Reflexology and Compare this with the Meridian system of today
Assess Indian Gods and Evaluate how this is still used today through meditation and chanting

What skills or knowledge do learners already need to have to attend the course?

None-This course is for anyone with an interest in Meditation and An Holistic Approach in Life

As this course is online, a suitable device such as laptop, smart phone, tablet or computer will be required to access the course. Zoom will be used for the live sessions and the link will be sent to you once your enrolment has been completed.
