To book and enrol on one of our courses, you must have been a resident in the UK for the past 3 years.
Some exceptions may apply if you are living in the UK with evidence of the right to remain and are from an EEU/EEAU country (completion of a questionnaire will be required).
This course is for parents/carers of children under the age of 5. It might also be useful for learners who are considering a career in Early Years Education. This practical course will give ideas about how to support your child with literacy and numeracy. All activities can be easily replicated at home. Learn some theory and try the activities afterwards with your child. All sessions are mapped to the Early Learning Goals.
A range of strategies and activities for supporting their child/ren with literacy and numeracy progression. The ability to observe, reflect and plan activities.
You will need: pen and paper, everyday items that are easily found at home to help them to put together activities for their early years child/ren.
As this course is online learners will require access to a laptop, smart phone, computer or tablet, and the course will be delivered though NearPod.
