About this course

This ESOL conversation course will give you the opportunity to extend and develop your English-speaking skills further. In a friendly learner-centred environment you will be encouraged to use and remember new, interesting and functional English vocabulary to help you with everyday life in the UK. Alongside flash cards, phonics and practice papers, you will not only achieve at the end of every lesson: you will be able to use it straight away

During the course we will be focusing on using a wide range of vocabulary, including practical English for form-filling and appointments, holiday and travel English; descriptive English for describing the natural environment and, above all, how to understand those who speak around you and to you. There will be controlled practice with prepared scripts; specialist EFL video; question and answer sessions; use of phonics and vocabulary tests; leading to free practice and role play with classmates all you have to bring is yourself!

What you will need to bring to the course:

Pen and paper
