About this course

This short 3-week face-to-face course is designed to help you, find employment, and prepare you for work in the digital age.

Taking place face-to-face with other like-minded Learners this course offers opportunities to collaborate and build your social networks in a small classroom environment.

Course Content

Setting up and using an email account
Search techniques to improve your job search
Video conferencing tools and techniques
Working in the digital age

By the end of this course, you will have taken part in a video conferencing call, gained some top tips for searching the internet, set up an email account and understand what the digital workplace looks like.

Who is it suitable for?

If you are keen to get back to work but need to brush up on your digital computer skills this course is for you. Delivered at an entry level it will cover the basics needed for preparing you for the digital workplace.
