This course is designed to introduce learners to create positive small changes to live life to the full. Learn how to make good decisions about food choices, how to increase your physical activity without going to the gym. Reconnect your thoughts and mind to enjoy and live a happy life.
What will learners achieve by the end of the course?

• Healthy Eating- Eat well plate
• Motivation and Mood
• Physical activity
• Big changes with small steps
Learners will be able to demonstrate an awareness of how to eat for health, to actively participate in physical activity to promote an active healthy lifestyle to reduce health inequalities.
Learners will be able to understand and develop different strategies to manage mental well-being how to make big changes with small steps to improve motivation and mood.

As this course is online, a suitable device such as laptop, smart phone, tablet or computer will be required to access the course. Zoom will be used for the live sessions and the link will be sent to you once your enrolment has been completed.

To book and enrol on one of our courses, you must have been living in England and have been resident in the UK for the past 3 years.
Some exceptions may apply if you are living in England with evidence of the right to remain and are from an EEU/EEAU country (completion of a questionnaire will be required).
