About this course

About this course

On this course, we will introduce the internal art of how to do an Indian Head Massage to self and to others.  You will learn different movement techniques, to be able to identify contra-indications, understand the health benefits, gain knowledge of the history of Indian Head Massage and the ancient healing system of Ayurveda and covering basic anatomy and physiology. 


By the end of the course, you will show secure knowledge of how to do an Indian Head Massage to self and how to work on others. You will be able to show an understanding of the different techniques, identify contra-indications, know about the many health benefits, the history, and the basics of anatomy and physiology. 


Learners should bring:

  • a hand towel and comb/brush and a drink, notebook, and pen

To book and enrol on one of our courses, you must have been living in England and have been resident in the UK for the past 3 years.

Some exceptions may apply if you are living in England with evidence of the right to remain and are from an EEU/EEAU country (completion of a questionnaire will be required).
