What will be covered on the course? What will be taught to learners?

How to do an Indian Head Massage to self and to work on others, learning different movement techniques, contra-indications, health benefits, history, Ayurveda, covering anatomy and physiology.
To introduce the internal art of how to do an Indian Head Massage to self and to others, learning different movement techniques, to be able to identify contra-indications, understand the health benefits, to gain knowledge of the history of Indian Head Massage and the ancient healing system of Ayurveda, covering basic anatomy and physiology.

By the end of the course learners will show secure knowledge of how to do an Indian Head Massage to self and to work on others. To be able to show understanding of the different techniques. To be able to identify contra-indications, know about the many health benefits, the history, and the basics of anatomy and physiology.

You will need:

A hand towel and comb/brush and a drink, notebook, and pen
