About this course

Our online Italian next steps course is an opportunity to further improve your knowledge of the Italian language just for fun or to allow you to make the most of a future holiday in Italy. Throughout the course we will practise and apply our knowledge of Italian to build confidence in speaking and understanding. We will focus on grammar points that help us to express ourselves more fully.

By the end of the course, you will be able to:

Differentiate between the past, present and future in speech
Formulate phrases to speak about the past using the correct tense
Describe themselves using more complex grammatical formulations
Use different pronouns correctly

This course will be ideal for learners who have completed both Italian for Beginners 1 and 2 with Inspire. Alternatively, you should have a good grasp of using regular and irregular verbs in the present tense, some knowledge of the future tense as well as being able to use nouns and adjectives effectively.

As this course is online, a suitable device such as laptop, smart phone, tablet or computer will be required to access the course. Zoom will be used for the live sessions and the link will be sent to you once your enrolment has been completed.

To book and enrol on one of our courses, you must have been living in England and have been resident in the UK for the past 3 years.

Some exceptions may apply if you are living in England with evidence of the right to remain and are from an EEU/EEAU country (completion of a questionnaire will be required).
