About this course

On this course, which is suitable for beginners, you will learn how to make beautiful jewellery pieces, using a range of recycled materials and air dry or polymer clay, taking your inspiration from the natural life of Sherwood Forest.  Themes include birds, acorns, oak leaves, Rowan, Silver birch and wild flowers.

By the end of this course your tutor will have supported you to:

• Be able to recognise and safely use jewellery tools and equipment.
• Know how to create beads, pendants and charms. 
• Know how to recycle and re-use commonly found waste household products into personal items suitable for yourself or to give as gifts.

The tutor will have some basic resources, but please be prepared to bring some items as advised by the tutor prior to the course, e.g. a  plastic milk bottle, found natural  items ,  Jewellery making requirements will be discussed at the first session.

To book and enrol on one of our courses, you must have been living in England and have been resident in the UK for the past 3 years.

Some exceptions may apply if you are living in England with evidence of the right to remain and are from an EEU/EEAU country (completion of a questionnaire will be required).
