This gentle, beginner-friendly course introduces learners to mindful meditation as a way to reduce stress, improve focus, and feel more balanced in everyday life. You will begin by learning simple techniques such as calming breathing, comfortable posture, and guided visualisation, helping you relax both your mind and body.
As the course progresses, you will explore how to create a peaceful environment for your practice. This includes using calming elements such as quiet spaces and soft sounds to help you feel more at ease and focused, wherever you are.
You will also learn practical ways to bring mindfulness into your daily routine. This includes developing sensory awareness, practicing gratitude, and improving active listening skills, so that mindfulness becomes a natural part of your day rather than something separate.
By the end of the course, learners will have a range of simple, effective techniques they can use to manage stress, improve concentration, and support their long-term mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing.
What will learners achieve by the end of the course?
You will be able to:-
