On this course, you will learn how to use different techniques such as how to use writing to put your own thoughts and feelings on paper in a non-judgmental way. We will explore the use of chakras, sounds, colour and crystals to aid meditations and look at how to be more positive in your thinking, covering the 7 Steps to make the Law of Attraction work for you. You will make your own positivity cards to use as affirmations to meditate on and experience guided meditations.
By the end of the course, you will have a deeper knowledge of what external factors help to promote and make meditation easier. To be able to show understanding of how to use a variety of techniques and how these can influence meditation, with the use and understanding of chakras, sounds, crystals, and how to use the law of attraction. You will be able to apply different meditation techniques and show an understanding of how to use them in different situations and circumstances.
