This course is designed to introduce you to the transformative practice of meditation and its associated spiritual concepts. From mastering foundational techniques to exploring advanced topics like chakras, kundalini, crystals, and clairsentience, this course will provide you with the tools to deepen your mindfulness, enhance self-awareness, and harness inner peace. Each week combines theory and guided practice to ensure a hands-on, reflective, and enriching learning experiences. Meditation in practice is designed for any level of experience and any age group. It is great for a work/home life balance. Come along and learn how to use these skills in daily life.
On this course, we will cover an overview of the seven chakras, learning what the role of chakras is in mental and physical well-being. Using techniques to balance and activate the chakras for better health. You will learn the basics of kundalini energy, highlighting some of the signs and benefits of kundalini awakening and follow practices to awaken kundalini energy safely. An introduction to crystals and their properties will be explored, including how to choose and use crystals for meditation; which crystals are for specific chakras and intentions.
Finishing the course with an overview of clairs (clairvoyance, clairsentience, etc.). How to Develop intuitive abilities. Taking part in tutor led techniques for enhancing clairs. Then reflecting on the meditation journey, you will create a personalised meditation plan. During the course, there will be a series of tutor guided meditations focusing on: Kundalini rising, chakra alignment, crystal energy visualisation, heightening clairsentience, holistic integration. What will learners achieve by the end of the course? Identify the foundational principles of meditation, including mindfulness and basic breathing techniques. (Awareness skills) Explain the significance of the seven chakras and their roles in physical and emotional well-being. (Emotional development) Apply Kundalini awakening practices safely during guided meditations.(Mental health & Wellbeing) Analyze the properties and uses of different crystals in meditation to enhance energy flow. (Inner connection) Evaluate personal experiences with clairsentience and other intuitive abilities through reflective meditation practices.(Confidence) Create a personalized and sustainable meditation plan that integrates techniques learned throughout the course(Skills for life).

Residency in England
To book and enrol on one of our courses, you must be living in England permanently and live outside of the devolved areas listed below or live within the East Midlands Combined County Authority (EMCCA) devolved area (Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire).

Residency Eligibility – other criteria
If you are living in the UK on a visa we will require evidence of this in order to be funded for the course, you can upload this evidence when you apply for the course. (completion of a questionnaire will be required).
Some exceptions may apply for example
Your visa expiry date must be beyond the end of your course
Asylum seekers must have lived in the UK for 6 months or longer while their claim is being considered by the Home Office
You are receiving local authority support under section 23C or section 23CA of the Children Act 1989 or the Care Act 2014
Any learner who is not funded full cost fees would apply to these courses.
