The intent of this online course is to explore art in relation to Mindfulness. You will work in a Mindful way to create wonderful art pieces. With the guidance of the tutor, you will create work from a range of different medium, and benefit from the wellbeing effects of art. No prior skills or knowledge are required.
By the end of this course, you will be able to demonstrate how Mindfulness and Art work together and will gain skills to enhance your wellbeing through art, creating a portfolio of work that reflects this.
The tutor will demonstrate using a range of resources within the session and will let you know what you need beforehand. Learners will also be asked to collect images for the mixed media project.
