About this course

About this course

Join us for this friendly, supportive one day course and discover the art of mindful journaling with an emphasis on incorporating  the natural world around us.

For those who want to take time out from their day and reflect, this course offers an opportunity to learn about mindfulness and  how to create a mindfulness journal. We will look at techniques for getting started and building a daily routine of  journaling. By pairing this with nature we will explore the benefits of connecting with our environment and the sense of peace and tranquility this can bring to our daily lives.

The course will explore the creative process of journaling as a fun, relaxing activity that helps to cultivate calmness in our daily lives and can have huge benefits for both our mental and physical well-being.

This course is programmed as part of the Miner2Major Landscape Partnership scheme, supported by the National Lottery Heritage Fund.
