About this course

About this course

This next step course explains different ways in which to be Mindful and how to incorporate it into your own life. Through discussions, activities, and guided meditations, you will learn how to be more aware of how to live in the present moment. Learn how to be more mindful when listening and communicating, being more aware of our own thoughts, emotions, and feelings, through visualisations and meditations, and how all of these “tools” link with our senses of touch, sight, sound, smell, and our minds, helping you to become more mindful. You will learn how to balance your Chakras and sooth-tired muscles by learning how to give yourself a mindful hand massage. Mindfulness has been proven to be greatly beneficial for our health, it will help with your own self-esteem, showing you ways of how to relax, have a clearer mind and is significantly beneficial for stress relief.

Covering different ways in which to be Mindful and how to practice it – using a variety of “tools”, such as mindful listening and how we communicate, how our minds process our thoughts, emotions and feelings, how colours, crystals and aromatherapy can affect us, and how all of these “tools” link with our senses of touch, sight, sound, smell, and our minds.  Helping you to become more mindful. You will learn how to balance your Chakras and sooth-tired muscles by learning how to give yourself a mindful hand massage.
