Journals can be made from lots of materials including some from natural. Your handmade journal can be used record memories, thoughts, ideas, and inspiration.
Learners will need to provide some of their own materials for the sessions;
Within the course, learners will gain an understanding of the need to give items a second life, the benefits of crafting with reclaim items and and how journals are great for memory keeping or art journaling. We will cover some terminology used in journal making and book binding, such as belly band, pockets, tags, tuck spots.
We also look at ways of decorating your books and develop your Paper crafting skills, and use of inks, stencils, stamps & collaging etc.

To book and enrol on one of our courses, you must have been living in England and have been resident in the UK for the past 3 years.
Some exceptions may apply if you are living in England with evidence of the right to remain and are from an EEU/EEAU country (completion of a questionnaire will be required).
