On this course you will make your own Overnight Oats by following the instructions and choosing, weighing and measuring their own ingredients, using a variety of measuring implements.
By the end of the course, you will be:
• able to weigh solid ingredients on digital scales and use a jug/spoon to measure liquid ingredients
• able to calculate the calories and cost of this meal per portion
• be aware of the time it takes to prepare a meal
• be aware of fractions/percentages to proportion a meal into the different nutrient groups
You can also take away what you have made during the session.
This course is for people who don’t have a level 2 qualification in maths (GCSE C/4 or above). You will self-declare this on the form.

To book and enrol on one of our courses, you must have been living in England and have been resident in the UK for the past 3 years.
