About this course

This course aims to improve your own and other people’s general wellbeing. In these difficult times, there are unprecedented levels of psychological distress and people need advice, help and support to address this. Learn techniques to manage your own and others anxiety, build confidence, identify barriers and goals. Learn Life coaching skills to coach yourself and others to achieve identified goals. Use learnt skills to make an action plan back into employment, career change, volunteering or starting your own business.

This training covers topics including – Anxiety Management, Self-Awareness, Self-Care, Confidence building, Life coaching, Setting and achieving goals, action plan motivation and progression advice.

As this course is online, a suitable device such as laptop, smart phone, tablet or computer will be required to access the course. Zoom will be used for the live sessions and the link will be sent to you once your enrolment has been completed.

To book and enrol on one of our courses, you must have been living in England and have been resident in the UK for the past 3 years.

Some exceptions may apply if you are living in England with evidence of the right to remain and are from an EEU/EEAU country (completion of a questionnaire will be required).
