Learn Personal Development and Life Coaching skills to help yourself and others overcome barriers, learn skills to manage anxiety, build confidence in all areas of life. Identify goals and aspirations, learn Life Coaching techniques to coach yourself and others.
This course is an excellent introduction into the world of Personal Development and Life Coaching, you will gain many skills to improve both your own well-being and those around you. We are currently seeing unprecedented levels of psychological distress. People are now more than ever in need of help, advice and support. This is also an excellent course if you are considering working in this much needed area as for example; A Life Coach, Personal development or Wellbeing Trainer, Support Worker or Volunteer, or simply using the skills you will learn to enhance your already established career or business.
What will be covered on the course? What will be taught to learners?
This training covers topics including - Positive Psychology, Self-Awareness, Self-Care, Mindfulness and Stress Reduction, Confidence building, Life coaching, Achieving goals and Motivation. Progression advice.
What will learners achieve by the end of the course?
Learnt skills to help self and others to improve their general wellbeing overcome barriers, identify and achieve goals. Improved own personal development and learnt skills and techniques to coach self and others. Have gained clarity and knowledge of this subject if considering working in this much needed area and be aware of progression routes and other work-related opportunities

To book and enrol on one of our courses, you must have been living in England and have been resident in the UK for the past 3 years.
Some exceptions may apply if you are living in England with evidence of the right to remain and are from an EEU/EEAU country (completion of a questionnaire will be required).
