About this course

Using Usui Reiki this course will support you to learn the beginnings of the traditional Japanese Reiki: working with the precepts, using energy exercises, meditation practice and self-Reiki techniques.

By the end of the course, you will be able to:

Describe each precept and repeat over the next week daily
Perform Reiki exercises and incorporate them into your daily lives
Demonstrate Self Reiki hand positions and apply to yourself, family and friends
Develop a meditation practice and review which works personally for you
Practice Reiki in pair work and assess where the hands should go naturally

Resources required by attendees:

Please dress in loose comfortable clothing. Learners may wish to bring a blanket or jumper as temperature may drop during meditation. Bottle of Water. Pen & Paper for notes
