About this course

Learn the traditional Japanese Reiki Shoden by using Usui Reiki practice, being able to use this on yourself and others. Reiki is a technique that can be used to reduce stress and promote relaxation, based on the idea that an unseen ‘energy’ flows through us.

What will be covered on the course? What will be taught to learners?

  • Start working with the Precepts.
  • Energy Exercises. Including Three Diamonds,Energy Ball and Hatsurei Ho.
  • Meditation practices.
  • Self Reiki techniques.
  • Pair Work Reiki Techniques and hand positions

What will learners achieve by the end of the course?

  • Describe each Precept and Repeat over the next week daily
  • Perform Reiki Exercises and perform them into their daily lives
  • Demonstrate Self Reiki hand positions and apply on themselves, family and friends
  • Develop a meditation practice and review which works personally
  • Practice Reiki in pair work and assess where the hands should go naturally

What skills or knowledge do learners already need to have to attend the course?

  • None for Reiki Level 1 Shoden

Please dress in loose comfortable clothing.

Learners may wish to bring a blanket or jumper as temperature may drop during meditation.

To secure your place on the course BOTH the following must be done:

  • Complete our INSPIRE ONLINE ENROLMENT FORM for each person attending the course.

To book and enrol on one of our courses, you must have been living in England and have been resident in the UK for the past 3 years.

Some exceptions may apply if you are living in England with evidence of the right to remain and are from an EEU/EEAU country (completion of a questionnaire will be required).
