ReNew is for residents of Newark and Sherwood and if you are currently not in employment and not able to actively look for work then this is a free course to give you the chance to learn a new skill in our friendly, informal ReNew classes.
Would you like to get into learning to develop some new skills or a hobby, or maybe have the chance to meet new people in a friendly welcoming environment? Then this is the course for you.
Over 6 weeks you will be introduced to some of the many courses Inspire Learning offers through short, informal taster sessions.
Sessions will include; candle making, introduction to IT, jewellery making and how to make you budget stretch. information, work with files and folders so that it is easy to find and retrieve information and identify where to get expert advice and help to solve problems.
This is a great start if you are scared to use computers and need to start using them within your life.
You do not need to complete an Inspire enrolment form as it is a UKSPF project and Newark & Sherwood District Council have their own enrolment form that you will fill in on the day.
