This course is designed to help you adopt a growth mindset to transform obstacles into opportunities for growth. Grounded in mindfulness and Meditation principles, you will develop tools to shift perspectives, embrace challenges, and nurture your resilience. This course will give you tools to motivate and inspire you to keep moving forward. Maintaining skills for life after the course is completed. Great for boosting confidence. You will start this course by understanding a growth mindset, looking at the difference between a fixed mindset vs growth mindset. Using a growth mindset with resilience and spirituality. Activities will include a tutor boundary setting meditation and reflection exercises.
You will then look at reframing challenges through a growth lens. Working alongside meditation practices that support perseverance. Activities include group discussions and tutor led empowerment meditation. Learning how to value effort as a path to mastery and resilience. Included are mindfulness practices for staying focused on your journey. Activities also include developing personal affirmations and tutor led affirmations meditation. You will look at feedback and failures as tools for improvement. Learn spiritual principles of humility and acceptance. Activities include a growth mindset meditation and creating a growth mantra. Finishing the course with building a mindset rooted in gratitude and optimism. Learn mindfulness practices to foster hope. Activities for gratitude journaling and tutor led gratitude meditation. This will help with planning for long-term application of a growth mindset. Practice celebrating progress and reflections on growth.
Activities complete with vision board creation, goal setting meditation and sharing next steps. Upon completion of the course, you will gain a certificate of attendance What will learners achieve by the end of the course? Define the principles of a growth mindset and resilience and Outline how this can help your own lifestyle. Explain the connections between resilience and personal growth. Estimating how this will reshape your life in a positive way. Practice reframing challenges to embrace opportunities for growth as skills for life. Reflect on personal experiences of effort and perseverance and calculate movement forward for confidence. Assess own progress and response to feedback measuring progress to aid a positive mindset.. Develop a personalized plan for cultivating a growth mindset. Leading a more resilient lifestyle.

To book and enrol on one of our courses, you must be living in England permanently and live outside of the devolved areas listed below or live within the East Midlands Combined County Authority (EMCCA) devolved area (Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire).

Residency Eligibility – other criteria
If you are living in the UK on a visa we will require evidence of this in order to be funded for the course, you can upload this evidence when you apply for the course. (completion of a questionnaire will be required).
Some exceptions may apply for example
Your visa expiry date must be beyond the end of your course
Asylum seekers must have lived in the UK for 6 months or longer while their claim is being considered by the Home Office
You are receiving local authority support under section 23C or section 23CA of the Children Act 1989 or the Care Act 2014
Any learner who is not funded full cost fees would apply to these courses.
